Redeeming WineWeb Gift Certificates Online

WineWeb wine gift certificates can be redeemed for wines, direct from any winery or online wine merchant that uses our e-commerce service.

If you have received a WineWeb gift certificate, here's how you can easily find wines to purchase with your certificate.

First, go to our home page and in the box in the upper middle of the page, select your Ship To destination and check the box that says "Redeem WineWeb gift certificate", then press the "Go" button.

The resulting page shows all the wines that are available for purchase with your gift certificate. If that list is too long, go back and select a region, wine type or price range to narrow your search.

Next, find the wine you'd like to purchase and click the shopping cart icon. Once an item is added to your shopping cart, you can choose additional wines from that same winery or wine merchant.

When you're ready to checkout, press the "Checkout" button and enter your shipping information, then your billing information. Before you enter your credit card number, click the link that says "Redeem gift certificate". A new window will pop up asking for your gift certificate code. This is the 16 character code that is printed on your gift certificate. It is a combination of numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F. Enter your certificate code and verify your ZIP Code. The ZIP Code field is an extra security measure and must match the ZIP Code that was specified by the giver of the certificate. Press the "Continue" button to validate your certificate.

Once the certificate codes are validated, you must press the "Redeem" button to finalize the process. Then close the small window, complete the billing information and press the "Submit Order" button to complete the order. Optional: If you want to see the revised total reflected on the Billing Information page before you enter your credit card number, just press your browser's Refresh button.

Note that even though there are over 200,000 wines listed in our wine search area, our WineWeb gift certificates are only valid for wineries and wine merchants that use our e-commerce service.
